STCO products are designed to be perfectly interchangeable with original parts and manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Quality Guarantee:
For the period of 12 months or 30,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, from the date of original installation, STCO will replace, without charge, any clutch cover and other auto parts from STCO found to be defective in material or workmanship or return your price , including returned freight prepaid with proof of purchase, while 0.5% of failure rate should be allowed and born by the purchaser. STCO shall in no event be liable for removal or installation labor or for indirect, special or consequential damages.
STCO warrants to the buyer of any products that it is free from any defects in workmanship and material for ever, subject to the following conditions:
A. The product is properly installed, modified and maintained.
B. The installed vehicle has not been used in racing, speed trials, off road usage, commercial application, or involved in a collision.
C. If the unit has been disassembled or modified in any way by any other party other than STCO, the warranty shall be considered null and void.
D. Purchaser must have original invoice number and date.
E. STCO is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Also not covered are the labor and materials that may be necessary to remove a defective unit or to install a replacement unit.
F. If all of the above terms are met STCO will either replace the defective unit free of charge or refund the original purchase price, at our discretion.

LIABILITY:
Our liability is limited to the value of the unit sold or furnished. If goods are defective we have no other responsibility beyond the value of the defective unit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Purchase of any product or service furnished by STCO shall constitute the buyer's acceptance of STCO sales policies and terms.
To the extend permitted by the law, this warranty shall in lieu of any other warranties, expressed by dealer, agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty
